Each ballroom has its own rates. The price depends on the room, the package you choose and the day of the week.

- Start with the room, then choose a package and a day.
- $300 deposit
- A refundable security and damage deposit is required with every booking.
- 8 or 6 hours
- Bronze and Silver include eight hours of rental time. Gold includes six.
Rates by room
Bronze is the room only, and Silver adds table linens in your colors. With either, you handle your own setup, decorating and cleanup. Gold is total room décor, with our staff handling setup, service and cleanup.
Grand Ballroom
Our main hall, with a dance floor, connected restrooms and a full ladies' suite with shower and makeup room.
Rates shown are for up to 150 guests. The room holds up to 250. Rates for larger events are quoted in person at your tour.

Studio 78
Holds 50 to 80 guests and has its own ladies' suite and lounge area.

Right beside the Grand Ballroom. Lounge-style, with a pool table, a projector and three flat-screen TVs.

Security deposit
Every booking requires a $300 security deposit, which is refundable.
End time
All events end by 1:00 AM.
Food and drinks
You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages, including alcohol.
Kitchen and bar
Gold includes the kitchen area and the lighted bar. For the Private Lounge & Bar, kitchen access is an extra charge.
